General Policy Statement: Northern New Mexico School Employees Federal Credit Union is committed to a diverse and inclusive membership where all individuals feel valued through the credit union’s products and services. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits recipients of federal financial assistance from discriminating based on national origin by, among other things, failing to provide meaningful access to products and services for individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). An LEP person is an individual who does not speak English as their primary language and has limited ability to read, speak, write, and understand English. The credit union has taken and will take reasonable steps to ensure that individuals with LEP can communicate, either through written or oral language services, with members of our Staff and Management team who also come from diverse backgrounds and speak multiple languages.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
